1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OMGBD platform, including the website at omgbd.live, the OMGBD mobile application, and all games, services, and features available through OMGBD. 3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on OMGBD. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. OMGBD uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering on OMGBD, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your OMGBD account settings promptly.

• Your OMGBD username cannot be changed after registration.
• You must not share your OMGBD login credentials with any other person.

4 Deposits

OMGBD accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods or currencies are accepted. The minimum deposit amount on OMGBD is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though OMGBD may apply enhanced verification for large deposits.

Deposits on OMGBD are processed instantly. Once a deposit is confirmed by the payment provider, the funds appear in your OMGBD balance immediately. 5 Withdrawals

OMGBD processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard withdrawals typically clear within 3 minutes. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for additional verification may take longer. OMGBD does not impose a minimum withdrawal amount, but your wallet provider may have their own minimum receive limits.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, OMGBD may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

The OMGBD welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit. To qualify, you must register a new account, make a qualifying deposit, and opt in to the bonus where required. No player action, account history, bet size, or OMGBD system intervention can influence a game outcome after the RNG has generated the result.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on OMGBD. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any OMGBD game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any OMGBD game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to deposit on OMGBD.
• Attempting to launder money or use OMGBD for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple OMGBD accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any OMGBD software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OMGBD staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

OMGBD reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if OMGBD has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.
